IHRE VERANTWORTUNG UND AUFGABEN
- Conduct a survey of electrical and electronic applications.
- Develop resins sales and distribution all over the country in line with the company sales strategy and objectives.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers & distributors in order to sustain and grow the long-term business level.
- Negotiate and monitor sales intake and record all activities on C4C (CRM)
- Provide information to PM and the Application engineering team for product development and customization needed by customers.
- Follow customer complaints and be the customer interface with Technical Support and Quality.
- Provide and support market studies (customers, competitors, regulations, etc.) to the other sales and marketing functions.
- Represent Von Roll at trade fairs.
- Help define specific sales and marketing documents for the resin.
- Contribution of special projects according to company instructions.
IHR PROFIL
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, chemistry, plastics technology or industrial engineering, or similar.
- 10 plus years of sales experience in the industry field along with distributors.
- Potting resin products’ marketing exposure will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a target-driven and demanding environment
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic applications and components is highly appreciated.
- Basic knowledge of insulating materials and systems will be appreciated
- Competences in resin/varnish products & application process will be a plus
- IT skills – including CRM experiences
- Team-oriented with a strong ownership mindset (results driven)
- Strongly open to travel all over India
- Negotiating skills in English and local languages.
